    • Florida Paddle Board Lessons 101 Paddle Class


    Our basic "Paddle 101" class, where the basics of Stand Up Paddle Boarding are covered and no experience is needed. We will teach you: Equipment Overview, Safety and Awareness of the conditions, Balancing, Correct Stance, 4 different Paddle Strokes, Steering and Turning, Proper paddling form and more.


    We provide the board, paddle, PFD and safety equipment. We suggest you bring: towel, sunscreen and water, get ready to have some fun.

    Stand Up Paddling has a much shorter learning curve than many other board sports. This means you will be having in fun on your very first day. "SUP"ing is something the whole family can enjoy.
